Biography

Elsie Bell Arnold, 86, of Staunton, passed away Monday January 25, 2010 at King's Daughters' Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 10, 1923, in Augusta County, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Cora (Parr) Baber.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Arnold, a son Bill Wimer, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Harold Wimer; daughter, Janet Thompson; sister, Sally Wimer and three grandchildre, Jeff, Kim and Heather.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday January 28, 2010 in the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 West Main Street, with Pastor Dan Wine, officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday January 27, 2010 at the funeral home.
